Unless your item is marked as IN STOCK, your items will be ordered from Lady Clare in Great Britain. We place an order to the factory on the first of every month. We will then have your items to you by the second or third week of that month.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Please insure your package and mail back to us with a copy of your order.
