Bring the tradition and character of the English countryside to your table with the Lady Clare Hunting Scenes Continental Melamine Placemats, featuring classic sporting imagery presented against a rich Regal Red background.
The Hunting Scenes Collection evokes the atmosphere of traditional English country life, with imagery inspired by the countryside and its longstanding sporting traditions. The warm Regal Red background gives the collection a handsome, distinctive appearance that complements traditional and country-inspired interiors.
Part of the Lady Clare Melamine Collection, these generously sized Continental Placemats combine classic English sporting style with the durability and practicality needed for everyday dining and entertaining.
Since 1932, Lady Clare has been known for creating fine English placemats, tablemats, coasters and decorative home accessories. The Hunting Scenes Collection continues that tradition, bringing a touch of English country-house character to the dining table.
The hard-wearing melamine surface provides durability for everyday use, while the soft green felt/flock backing helps protect tables and other furniture. Lady Clare's distinctive curved edges help reduce damage during use and prolong the life of the placemats.
Measuring approximately 15.5 × 11.5 inches, the generous Continental size provides ample room for a dinner plate, flatware and glassware, making these larger placemats particularly well suited to complete place settings, dinner parties and more formal entertaining.
Their classic sporting imagery makes the Hunting Scenes Placemats particularly at home in an English country house, hunt club, library, country kitchen or traditional dining room.
They also make a distinctive gift for a horse lover, equestrian enthusiast, country sports enthusiast or anyone who appreciates traditional English country style.
Pair them with coordinating Lady Clare Hunting Scenes Small Placemats, Tablemats and Coasters to create a complete English country-inspired table setting.
