Bring the colorful charm of Brittany into your home with the Lady Clare Quimper Henriot Yellow Decorative Wastebasket.
Inspired by the distinctive decorative tradition of Henriot Quimper faience, this charming wastebasket combines classic French country character with the fine British craftsmanship associated with Lady Clare. The warm yellow coloring brings a cheerful accent to a room and coordinates beautifully with traditional Quimper pottery and French country interiors.
The design is especially appealing for collectors of Quimper pottery and French faience, allowing the distinctive Breton style to extend beyond ceramics and throughout the home.
Since 1932, Lady Clare has been known for creating fine English tableware and decorative home accessories. The Quimper Henriot Yellow Collection combines that long tradition of British craftsmanship with the colorful character and heritage of Brittany.
Far more decorative than an ordinary wastepaper basket, this piece makes an attractive addition to a bedroom, bathroom, powder room, guest room, home office or French country kitchen.
Measuring approximately 11 inches high, it is compact enough to fit neatly beside a desk, vanity or bedside table while adding color and character to the room.
The warm yellow coloring works especially well with Quimper pottery, blue-and-white ceramics, antique furniture, traditional floral fabrics and French country décor.
It also makes a distinctive gift for a Quimper collector, Francophile, traveler to Brittany or anyone who appreciates traditional French decorative arts.
Pair it with coordinating Lady Clare Quimper Henriot Yellow Placemats, Tablemats, Coasters and Serving Tray to carry the colorful Breton theme from the dining table throughout the home.
