Bring the timeless beauty of historic London to your table with the Lady Clare Shepherd's London Oxford Blue Small Placemats. This elegant boxed set of six features six different London scenes, combining classic British imagery with the traditional craftsmanship for which Lady Clare has been known since 1932.
Each small placemat presents a different view of London, celebrating the architecture, landmarks and distinctive character of England's historic capital. The detailed scenes are framed by a rich Oxford Blue painted background, giving the collection a sophisticated and unmistakably British appearance.
Elegant hand-gilded edges provide a refined finishing touch, beautifully complementing the deep blue border and traditional London artwork. With six different designs in every set, these placemats create a coordinated table while allowing each place setting to feature its own individual scene.
The smaller size makes these placemats particularly versatile. They are ideal for breakfast, luncheon, afternoon tea, light meals or occasions when a more compact place setting is preferred. Their classic Oxford Blue coloring pairs beautifully with white and cream dinnerware, traditional English china, crystal and silver.
Since 1932, Lady Clare has been creating fine English lacquered tableware and home accessories. Made in Great Britain, these small placemats combine decorative artistry with the quality craftsmanship associated with the Lady Clare name.
Their hard-wearing surface is designed for practical everyday use, while Lady Clare's distinctive curved edges help reduce wear and prolong the life of the mats. A soft green flock backing helps protect tables and other fine furniture surfaces.
Pair them with coordinating Shepherd's London Oxford Blue Coasters and Tablemats to create an elegant collection celebrating London and traditional English craftsmanship.
